The staff are the best. Abdelrahim in particular was so helpful and so professional. Love this hotel, the location and the ambiance. The hotel is modern, clean and the decor is terrific. Will stay here again for sure.

The room, the facilities provided in the room, the quality of the toiletries (shampoo, lotion, shower gel). The staff were really friendly. The hotel has an underground free parking, which was a plus!

Staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. They upgraded us from Studio to One Bed Apartment. Usually in 5 star hotels when you call housekeeping and room service they take very long to attend but this Hotel they immediately responded. Value of a money.
